Notice of Resolution Adopted Subject to Permissive Referendum
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at a regular meeting held on September 14, 2026 the Board of Fire Commissioners of North Greenbush Fire District No.1 duly adopted a resolution, abstracted as follows, subject to permissive referendum:
BE IT RESOLVED, that pursuant to the provisions of General Municipal Law §6-g that a sum not to exceed nine hundred thousand dollars ($900,000.00) be expended from the Equipment Capital Reserve Fund of the Fire District for the purpose of purchasing a new Rescue-Engine-Tanker, and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Resolution was adopted subject to permissive referendum as provided in Section 6-g of the General Municipal Law of the State of New York.
