PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the February 2012 Monthly Meeting of the Board of Fire Commissioners will be held on Wednesday, February 15, 2012, to convene at 7:00 PM at the District Offices located at 511 Church Street, Wynantskill, NY.

NOTICE TO BIDDERS
NOTICE TO BIDDERS IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the North Greenbush Fire District #1, invites sealed proposals for the purchase of a First Response 42 EMS/Scene Support Vehicle, according to specifications of a purchase contract to be awarded by the North Greenbush Fire District #1.
Instructions to Bidders, General Conditions, Specifications, Information Sheet, Non-collusive Bidding Certification and other bid documents may be obtained from Fire District Administrative Assistant Patty Gruner by email request to: pgruner@ngfd.org. All requests for a copy of such specifications by email must be received by midnight February 6, 2012, prevailing time, and include a return email address.
Bids will be publicly opened and read at the North Greenbush Fire District #1, 511 Church Street, P.O. Box 3, Wynantskill, NY 12198 on the 13th day of February 2012 at 6:30 p.m. prevailing time.
Sealed bid proposals, with the attached INFORMATION SHEET and NON-COLLUSIVE BIDDING CERTIFICATION, will be received at the offices of the North Greenbush Fire District #1 until 1:00 p.m. on February 9, 2012. District Office hours are Monday through Thursday 8:00 am to 1:00 pm. All proposals shall be made in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and include the forms so provided. The proposals must be contained within a sealed envelope clearly bearing the name and address of the bidder and the words “SEALED BID – DO NOT OPEN – FIRST RESPONSE 42 EMS/SCENE SUPPORT VEHICLE”, addressed and delivered to Sean Kerwin, Secretary, North Greenbush Fire District #1, 511 Church Street, P.O. Box 3, Wynantskill, NY 12198.
The North Greenbush Fire District #1 reserves the right to reject any and all bids and proposals. The financing of a contract on such bid may be subject to referendum approval.
